A veteran of the food industry who owned several Iron Roosters, imagined a food court concept that would provide a diverse selection of great food and a place to foster a welcoming community environment. Housed within one location, the distinct walk-ups would serve breakfast, pizza, chicken, tacos, and bowls, with a large bar anchoring the venue. NFD provided space planning for the suite, working closely with the project owner and visionary. NFD helped bring the design concepts to life, providing finish selections to match the design inspiration. A walk-through rendering allowed the owner to “walk” in the space to get a real feel of how the various vignettes would come together. NFD also provided conceptual furniture selections, construction documentation, millwork details, and MEP coordination. Construction has not been started on this project.
