As DML hosts many events for staff and clients within their suite, they wanted their space to reflect the DML culture. They used the opportunity at lease renewal to consolidate and had NFD provide a space plan that utilized parts of their existing layout while shifting workstations and some offices to accommodate a built-in bar and collaborative space. NFD updated the reception area and break room to create a branded, cohesive design reflected throughout the entire suite, incorporating shades of orange and gray with accents of wood and stainless steel. NFD redesigned the restrooms for a more updated look and to make them ADA compliant. We also provided as-built drawings, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration services for this 9,108 square foot project.
