From humble beginnings of helping a farming community, Rosedale Federal has grown to over 13 branches fulfilling their purpose of helping neighbors with everyday finances and providing affordable home loans. Finding a building in Timonium, Rosedale Federal contracted with NFD to provide full interior architectural services. As there was no AutoCAD file for the building, NFD provided field verification and as-built documentation for project utilization. The efficient space plan featured a friendly lobby open to a kiosk-style teller counter, offices with glass allowing for filtered daylight, and a new drive-thru workspace. With a previous Towson location as inspiration, several design elements and finishes were utilized for consistent branding, augmented by new selections and upholstery fabrics. NFD also provided construction documentation and millwork details, construction bidding, permit acquisition, and construction administration services for the 2,600 sq ft project completed in February 2022.
