LINQ was a start-up that was quickly growing. They had been subleasing space in a flex building and wanted to relocate to Silo Point which is prime space featuring soaring two-story windows with water view and outdoor patio space. The open layout was enhanced by the exterior views and complemented by full lite clear glass in the walls and doors. The warm, industrial aesthetic was augmented by reclaimed wood walls and glass-filled barn doors, creating a modern, casual vibe. The space included concrete floors with area rugs for warmth and sound absorption, exposed ceilings, interesting accent lighting fixtures, open kitchenette and collaborative space with a pool table. All new furniture continued the comfortable, luxe feel. NFD provided space planning, pricing drawings, design development, finish/furniture selections and specifications, construction documentation, and construction administration for this 4,000 square foot project.
